Founding Youth Therapist (1099 Contract) - Southwest Michigan Are you a fully licensed clinician passionate about youth mental health and ready to break out of the traditional office box? Pivot Point Youth Services is launching a mobile and telehealth youth therapy practice, and we are looking for our founding clinical partner!

We meet youth ( ages 7-17 ) exactly where they are. Our hybrid model adapts entirely to family preferences, combining secure video telehealth with localized, in-community, or in-home sessions.

Smart, Localized Routing:

No massive driving radius. You accept referrals strictly based on proximity to your home county or neighboring borders across Calhoun, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties.

Role Type:

Part-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor (Exceptional scheduling autonomy!)

Required Licensure:

Active, unrestricted full independent license in Michigan ( LMSW-Clinical, LP, LPC, or LMFT ). We cannot accept limited licenses at this time.

Payer Enrollment Runway:

Launching a brand-new group footprint means collaborative preparation. Caseload assignments and clinical payouts commence the moment group credentialing clearances are finalized and insurance reimbursements are flowing.

Practice Support:
