We are looking for a full-time Evening Program Therapist to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in our Evening Outpatient Program, with the support of a multidisciplinary team and an integrated treatment model. Position Summary As a Primary Therapist, you will deliver individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients Facilitate therapeutic groups weekly on PNLH-selected topics Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with internal and external providers Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation Ensure compliance with authorization and billing requirements Maintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferences Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Master's degree and licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.) CADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support provided to obtain plan if not currently held) Preferred Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder counseling Training in trauma-informed care Experience treating co-occurring mental health disorders Familiarity with authorization processes for Michigan's PIHP system 3pm-11pm Monday- Friday
