How You Will Make an

Impact:

Provide direct EIDBI intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions under the supervision of the QSP and Level I provider. Implement individualized treatment objectives and work on specific skills acquisition as outlined in each client's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Participate in developing and monitoring each client's ITP. Provide supervision to Level

III EIDBI

providers as applicable. Build rapport and establish positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their caregivers. Collaborate with the QSP, BCBA, and treatment team to review and update treatment plans based on data. Ensure all interventions are delivered in accordance with Minn. Stat. §256B.0949, DHS policy, ethical standards, and professional guidelines while maintaining confidentiality. Contribute as a positive team member, supporting an inclusive team culture. What You Need (must meet at least one of the following per

guidelines): Pathway 1 —

Bachelor's Degree:

Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field (e.g., special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) AND at least one of the following: 1,000+ hours of clinical experience/training in evaluation or treatment of individuals with ASD or a related condition RBT certification through the BACB BCaBA certification through the BACB Certification in a DHS-recognized treatment modality Equivalent graduate-level coursework at an accredited university Pathway 2 —

Associate's Degree:

Associate's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field AND 2,000+ hours of supervised clinical experience delivering treatment to individuals with ASD or a related condition. Pathway 3 —

Experience-Based:

4,000+ hours of supervised clinical experience delivering treatment to individuals with ASD or a related condition (may include hours as a mental health behavioral aide, special education paraprofessional, PCA worker, or EIDBI Level III provider). Pathway 4 —

Graduate Student:

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in behavioral health, child development, or a related field AND formally assigned by an accredited university to an EIDBI agency for clinical training.

Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Available Monday

• Friday, 7:45am
• 4:30pm.

Experience and a passion for working with children. Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and clients. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to move quickly in response to client needs.
