Job Description

About Us Mankato Full Spectrum ABA is a growing, in-center ABA therapy clinic located in Mankato, Minnesota. We specialize in evidence-based, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our team is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families in Southern Minnesota. We are currently expanding our early childhood intervention program and are looking for a dedicated EIDBI Level I Provider to join our team this fall. The Role As an EIDBI Level I Provider at Mankato Full Spectrum ABA, you will play a central role in delivering and overseeing individualized treatment for children ages 2-8. You will develop and manage Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), provide direct intervention services, supervise Level II and Level III providers, and serve as a key clinical resource for families and caregivers. This is a meaningful, hands-on position for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and behavioral health. What You'll Do
  • Deliver direct EIDBI intervention services with fidelity to the agency's treatment modality (ABA).
  • Monitor client progress through consistent data collection and treatment outcome tracking
  • Provide observation, direction, and clinical supervision to Level II and Level III providers
  • Provide family and caregiver training and counseling as identified in each child's ITP.
  • Participate in coordinated care conferences as requested by the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services in case notes and health care plans per EIDBI policy.
  • Ensure all services reflect the person's and family's culture, language, goals, and preferences.
What We're Looking For To qualify as a Level I provider under Minnesota
DHS EIDBI
guidelines, candidates must meet the following: Experience Requirement (one of the following):
  • At least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in the examination or treatment of people with ASD or a related condition, OR
  • The equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university in ASD diagnostics, ASD treatment strategies, or child development. Degree/Credential Requirement (one of the following):
  • Doctoral or master's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy), OR
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-Doctoral (BCBA-D) — must hold a current Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license as of Jan. 1, 2025, OR
  • Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus advanced certification in a DHS-recognized treatment modality (e.g., ABA), OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus completion of ASD Strategies in Action and
EIDBI 101
trainings, plus 6,000 hours of early intervention clinical experience, OR
  • Currently enrolled in a master's degree program in a related field and receiving monthly observation and direction from a QSP (until 2,000 supervised hours are reached).
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children ages 2-8 in a clinic or school-based setting. Familiarity with discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and skillbased treatment approaches. Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable with data collection systems and electronic health records.
