Pride Counseling Services is seeking a LGBTQIA+ affirming Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally responsive care to queer and trans clients across Minnesota. What You'll Do Provide diagnostic assessments, individual, group, and/or family therapy Offer referrals and collaborate with external providers Deliver ongoing support that centers the client's lived experience Practice with autonomy, creativity, and compassion What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy and fully licensed as a LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
