Job Description
Implement evidence-based interventions (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) Teach skills such as: Communication (verbal or nonverbal) Social interaction Daily living skills (hygiene, routines) Use reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors Manage challenging behaviors safely and ethically Record session data (frequency, duration, intensity of behaviors) Track client progress toward goals Report changes or concerns to supervisors Work with families, caregivers, and other professionals Provide caregiver training and education Participate in team meetings and case reviews Follow HIPAA and confidentiality standards Adhere to state and federal guidelines Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct
