Job Description
Breakthrough Therapy Center is currently looking for qualified and passionate mental health professionals who want to work with young clients with Autism and related disorders in a 1:1 capacity. At Breakthrough Therapy, our goal is to help young children in the advancement of their lives with the help of professionals who care and are passionate about their work. Part Time:
15 - 30 hour work weekJob Description:
- Work in a 1:1 manner with clients
- Work with clients in achieving goals that is stated in their Individualized Treatment Plans
- Take detailed notes on all interactions with clients
- Follow treatment methods provided by the Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lead therapist
- Work with clients in center based, home based and community based environments
- Create activities that will help clients achieve their objectives and goals
Strongly Recommended:
- Some training or background in the ABA modality.
- Behavior management skills.
- Previous experience working with kids.
