Seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join a progressive, in-person clinic in Faribault, MN, providing psychotherapy to diverse clients, including those with severe mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and sexual deviance. Work with clients in Day Treatment and outpatient settings, utilizing evidence-based, trauma-focused, and motivational approaches. Provide therapy for populations with mental health concerns, trauma, and developmental disabilities, with optional experience in sexual offending populations. Maintain documentation, participate in staff meetings, and pursue ongoing training. Requires an M.A., M.S., or M.S.W. and licensure progress in related fields; experience with special needs preferred.
