Level 2 Behavior Therapist — Shakopee/Southwest Metro Neuro Bloom Therapy is seeking a dependable and compassionate Level 2 Behavior Therapist to work consistently with a client located in Shakopee, Minnesota . Services will be delivered in person across two settings: The client's home in Shakopee Our therapy center in St. Louis Park This is an excellent opportunity for someone located in or near Shakopee, Savage, Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, or the surrounding southwest metro who wants a consistent client assignment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Provide individualized, one-to-one behavioral therapy in accordance with the client's Individual Treatment Plan Implement skill-building programs developed by the supervising clinical team Support communication, social, daily-living, emotional-regulation, and behavioral goals Collect accurate session data and complete timely progress notes Follow prompting, reinforcement, behavior-support, and safety procedures Communicate professionally with the client's family and clinical team Participate in supervision, training, and treatment-plan updates Provide services consistently in both the client's home and the therapy center Qualifications Must meet Minnesota EIDBI requirements for a Level 2 provider , or be able to provide documentation showing eligibility Experience supporting children or adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs is strongly preferred Ability to remain patient, professional, and consistent in a family-home environment Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills Must pass all required background studies and employment screenings Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between Shakopee and St. Louis Park Must be comfortable providing services in both home-based and center-based settings Preferred Candidates Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Shakopee Speak Hmong or another language in addition to English Have previous experience as a Behavior Therapist, Behavioral Technician, DSP, PCA, educational paraprofessional, or in a related role Can maintain a consistent schedule and build a stable working relationship with one client and family Are receptive to clinical feedback and comfortable working collaboratively with caregivers Why Join Neuro Bloom Therapy?
