Job Summary Minnesota Specialty Health System (MSHS) in Willmar is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team as an Intake Coordinator! This position provides consultation to program staff regarding the plan and delivery of treatment for individuals with severe mental illness and potential substance use disorders. Service delivery includes individual and group therapies, comprehensive integrated assessment, participation in treatment team(s), and involvement in performance improvement and program development.Job Duties:
Provide mental health diagnostic assessment services and provide clinical direction to staff Serve as the referral and intake worker to coordinate the admission process for the program or provide clinical support for intake coordination Develop an individualized rehabilitative treatment plan under supervision that is designed to assist clients with identifying and achieving their goals Collaborate with the Treatment Director/Program Manager to provide clinical input on program design, admissions, discharges, utilization management, clinical policies, and procedures Develop and disseminate assessment and treatment tools including functional assessment, treatment planning and intervention strategies, and assess clinical training needs for staff Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field; AND Licensure/Certification in the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional (e.g., LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT, BCBA or Licensed Behavioral Analyst) Additional Requirements To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.REFERENCE/BACKGROUND CHECKS
