As an Adult In Home Therapist, you will work with our adult clients in our ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services Team) and our In Home Therapy team, and provide community based services to an at need population.

CEUs Responsibilities:

Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in the home, community. Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals. Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.

Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in at least one of the following ways: Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields. Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06. Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional. Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02. Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota. Additionally, you must meet the following requirements: Desire to work with children and families and/or adults in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time. Ability to work independently; Valid driver's license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location. Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). If interested in working with adults, must be able to meet with them during general daytime hours.

Compensation:

$25.00- $30.00/HR Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a full time FTE. • Employees in these positions are W2.
