Compensation may vary depending on education level and experience relevancy. In this position, BT/RBT's will be eligible to participate in Bloomwell's long-term incentive plan. In total, teammates have the opportunity to earn up to $10,800 in bonus , in addition to hourly at each progression wage increases. What We Are Looking For:
Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented clinic environment
What You Need:
Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles Full-Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs We believe in rewarding experience while creating opportunities for growth. Compensation is determined based on your experience in the ABA field, with the lower end of the range reflecting those newer to ABA through trainings which we will provide and the higher end reflecting seasoned professionals. Please note, if you participate in the paid training to obtain the RBT certification, Bloomwell will have a separate training rate. Our compensation structure is guaranteed hours paid in an hourly rate.
