Hospital Therapist Saint Luke's Health System - 3.5 Kansas City, MO Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree Full Job Description Job Description Saint Luke's Crittenton Children's Center in South Kansas City, MO is seeking a Hospital Therapist to join our team. This position provides individual group and family therapy as well as case management services, recommends and implements general therapeutic interventions both for individual clients and for overall program development, and functions as the therapist for patients and families with the psychiatrist as clinical team leader and will provide for additional work functions in the area of Utilization Management. We are seeking Hospital Therapists with experience working with children. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the system and processes of mental health care. We are looking for someone with great communication and written skills with a warm, caring attitude. To be successful in this role, you must be detail oriented, efficient, adaptable, and capable of multitasking. This position requires you to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Full-time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Conduct Individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy Formulate treatment plans Formulate discharge plans Plan arrangements for aftercare Write recommendation letters E xperienced professional who has worked with children preferred Must have a master's degree and applicable MO license (LMSW, LPC, PLPC, LCSW).
