We are seeking a motivated, ethical, and client-centered Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our growing private practice. This is a hybrid, contract position offering high autonomy, clinical flexibility, and administrative support—ideal for clinicians who want control over their schedule, caseload, and clinical focus. Clinicians choose their own days, times, client population, and age range . The role is designed to support both independently licensed clinicians and those working toward licensure under supervision, in accordance with their licensing board requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy (based on your preference and competency) Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation Maintain timely, ethical, and board-compliant clinical records Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed for supervision or case consultation Comply with all state licensing board, ethical, and practice policies Maintain required face-to-face or in-person hours only if mandated by your licensing board for supervision
Schedule & Flexibility:
You choose your own schedule (days, evenings, weekends—your call) You choose your caseload size You choose the population and age range you work with Hybrid model: Telehealth and in-office sessions available No minimum hours for fully licensed clinicians Clinicians requiring supervision must meet their board-required in-person/face-to-face hours
Supervision:
LCSW-S supervision available for clinicians working toward independent licensure Supervision expectations align strictly with state board requirements Additional supervision details discussed during the interview process
Compensation & Contract Structure:
60/40 fee split (clinician receives 60%) Paid per session (no cap on earning potential) You are responsible for managing your chosen workload 1099 independent contractor position
Requirements:
Active or provisional license in good standing (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Eligible for supervision if not fully licensed Ability to practice independently and ethically Reliable internet and comfort with telehealth platforms Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Commitment to high-quality, ethical client care
