A Family or Behavioral Therapist works with clients who need help dealing with emotional disorders or problems with family and relationships. Addresses client problems in the context of family relationships; helps clients develop ways to recognize and change behavior patterns. Works with individuals, couples or families.
70 miles radius rule ( no worker with in 70 miles of Tutwiler is elegible for this position. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions based on patient needs. Perform crisis intervention and appropriate mental health support. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Review available records and conduct clinical interviews. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive medical and mental health information. Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in patient care. Collaborate with the healthcare team regarding patient treatment and care needs. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. At least 5 years of clinical experience , including 2 years in a comparable position . Active, unrestricted applicable state license. Acceptable licenses include LCSW, LPC, or
LMFT . BLS
certification required. Strong experience in mental health assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, counseling, and crisis intervention. Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for facility clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age. English proficiency required.
Compensation Pay Rate:
Up to $62/hour
Weekly Pay:
Up to $2,480/week , based on 40 weekly hours
Total Gross Contract Earnings:
Up to $32,240 over 13 weeks Weekly pay is based on the hourly rate and scheduled weekly hours. . #
