We're seeking a Mental Health Therapist, dual licensure as an LAC a significant plus, to support residents in their journey toward independence, habilitation and successful community living. The successful applicant will be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus, plus $1,500 bonus upon completion of one-year probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support and a variety of mental health services to HPRC residents with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder issues. Track client progress, adjust plans as necessary, and document services in accordance with program guidelines. Complete regular reports to monitor outcomes and ensure compliance with program standards.

What We're Looking For:

LCSW or LCPC, or Candidate license. Dual Licensure as an LAC is preferred Strong sense of empathy, good judgment, and the ability to set clear boundaries. Computer skills Report writing experience Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check. Why Join Us?
