We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our In Home ABA team serving families across Salisbury/Concord and the surrounding region. This role is designed to support sustainable workloads, strong regional relationships, and a flexible hybrid model that still prioritizes face to face care. ________________________________________ Why You'll Love Working With Us In home services are the priority - meaningful, face to face work with families Regional-based role anchored to a defined area or cluster of clinics Hybrid model with the ability to supplement in home work with remote clients within your region Manageable caseloads and realistic expectations Supportive, collaborative leadership that values balance and consistency ________________________________________ Compensation & Structure $110,000 annual salary 25 billable hours per week minimum o In home clients are the priority and must be seen face to face o Remote clients (within the same region) may supplement to meet billables Simple, transparent structure-built for sustainability, not confusion ________________________________________ What You'll Do Provide high quality ABA services in clients' homes Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, including required in home supervision Build strong, consistent relationships with families and care teams Maintain timely, learner centered documentation ________________________________________ What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience with in home ABA preferred (but not required) Strong communication skills and a family centered mindset Reliable transportation for local travel A positive, team oriented approach to care ________________________________________ ✨ If you're looking for a clear compensation model, a regional focus, and the ability to do impactful in home work while maintaining balance-this role is for you.
