Therapist (Individual & Couples)

We're growing, and we're looking for a therapist who is both deeply relational and confidently self-directed. The Role You'll carry a caseload of individual and couples clients, with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you. We ask for availability across morning, afternoon, and evening hours on weekdays — no weekends, ever. This is a contract position available at part-time or full-time hours. Who We're Looking For You're a great fit if you: Hold an active North Carolina provisional or full license in good standing (see below) Have experience or strong interest in working with couples, in addition to individuals Are warm, motivated, and take pride in your clinical work Can work independently while genuinely valuing team connection Are open to holding a schedule that includes some evening availability Specialized training (e.g., Gottman Method, EFT, EMDR) is a plus and genuinely valued here. Licensure Requirements We are accepting applications from provisionally licensed clinicians as well as fully licensed therapists: LCMHCA — Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate LMFTA — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate LCSWA — Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW — Full licensure welcomed Provisional applicants must have an active clinical supervisor in place.

Minimum Education:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
