Intensive In-Home (IIH) Qualified Professional (QP) Durham, NC Pathways to Life, Inc - 3.2 Durham, NC Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Intensive In-Home (IIH) Qualified Professional (QP) Pathways to Life, Inc. — Durham, NC About the Role Pathways to Life is hiring a Qualified Professional (QP) for our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program in Durham, NC. In this role, you will support children, adolescents, and families experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges by providing in-home therapeutic and skill-building services. You will work directly with families in their homes, schools, and communities to help reduce crisis situations, improve family functioning, and strengthen long-term stability. This position works under the supervision of the IIH Team Lead and as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. What You'll Do Provide Intensive In-Home services to children, adolescents, and families Deliver skill-building interventions based on individualized treatment goals Support families with behavior management, communication, coping skills, and crisis stabilization Complete clinical documentation within required timelines Participate in Person-Centered Plan development and treatment reviews Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, DSS, juvenile justice, and community resources Provide community-based support and crisis response when clinically appropriate Track member progress and adjust interventions based on family needs Qualifications You may qualify if you meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree in a human services field + 2 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents Bachelor's degree in any field + 4 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents Master's degree in a human services field + 1 year of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents Master's degree in any field + 2 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents Experience with family-centered treatment, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or community-based services is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. About Pathways to Life Pathways to Life has provided behavioral health and wellness services in North Carolina since 2006. We serve children, adults, and families through outpatient therapy, substance use treatment, medication management, community support services, and Intensive In-Home programs. Our team works closely with local communities to provide person-centered care focused on recovery, stability, and long-term wellness.
