Role:

Therapist providing community-based and office-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with community partners and agencies. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and participate in supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications & Skills:
