Intensive In-Home Therapist

This position is eligible for a $500 bonus upon 90 days of employment. Job Overview The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist must be a licensed therapist in a field related to social work counseling and/or human services and at minimum have one year experience in providing casework services to children and families. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist must be licensed by the state of North Carolina. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist position also requires experience working with children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis. Responsibilities Providing oversight and administrative/clinical supervision to the other Intensive In-Home team members Performing initial interviews, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, and assisting with developing person-centered plans (PCP) Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in the PCP and provide therapeutic interventions for the individual and/or family within the Cumberland County area Provide intensive case management and crisis management, assist with formulating and coordinating discharge and after-care planning Attend all required clinical meetings and provide individual and group supervisions as needed Assume on-call responsibilities and completes all other related tasks assigned by the Intensive In Home Director.
