Join us at Crossnore Communities for Children as a Bridging Families Child and Family Therapist, where your work will empower families to grow, heal, and thrive. Your contributions will foster resilience and hope, creating a brighter future for children in the child welfare system.Location/Schedule:
Office located in Hendersonville, North Carolina . Serves Henderson, Rutherford, and Polk counties. Full-Time schedule, typical hours are 1st shift, Monday-Friday. Participates in a shared on-call rotation.Your Impact:
As a Bridging Families Child and Family Therapist, you will be a critical force in guiding children and families through therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. You will shape treatment plans that help children and their families overcome trauma and navigate complex emotional needs. By working closely with families, treatment teams, and community partners, you will provide essential therapy services that lead to lasting, positive change. Bridging Families' teams include professional foster parents, a dedicated licensed clinician, a care manager, and a supervisor. Bridging Families' teams partner with no more than three participating families which allows for intensive focus.Hiring Range :
$53,000- $68,000 annually, $3000 SIGN
ON BONUS
Associate Licensed- $53,000 annually. Salary is based on education and experience. All associate licensed therapists will start at $53K unless there is additional relevant experience in the human service field (excluding internship). Fully Licensed
