Job Description
Full-Time Counselor / Therapist / Social Worker Crossroads Counseling Center, an established outpatient mental health agency, has an immediate opening for a full-time Counselor, Therapist, or Social Worker. Candidates may be fully licensed or associate licensed in the State of North Carolina. Experience working with young children is a plus. We are a growing practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. This W-2 employee position offers flexibility in work hours, with office hours Monday through Friday, optional evening availability, and no weekend requirements. Therapists have their own designated offices and may provide services in person and/or through telehealth. Our team-oriented environment offers clinical peer collaboration, consultation, and support, promoting cohesiveness in the care we provide to clients. Crossroads Counseling Center values the unique strengths and professional interests of each clinician. Therapists are encouraged and supported in pursuing areas of passion, developing specialty niches, and expanding clinical services that align with their expertise and interests. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and must be licensed in their respective profession by the State of North Carolina.
