Job Description

Integrative Clinical Therapist Location:
Mill Spring, NC The Integrative Clinical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents and is a core member of the resident's recovery team. The Therapist works closely with the other therapists, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, and Wellness teams to ensure whole-person integrative care.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm
Pay:
Starting at $58,000 per year Associate licensed and increases based on experience Starting at $60,000 per year fully licensed and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities Leads residents through the development and implementation of individualized, goal-focused recovery plan Provides individualized psychotherapy for residents and includes family members or other support person(s) Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents group psychotherapy Completes appropriate assessments as indicated Strong collaboration with direct care staff to include psychiatry, nursing, and residential staff Provide crisis support and share on-call coverage rotation Complete timely documentation Offer training and informal guidance to staff members
Qualifications:
Current NC license as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, & associate licenses only considered with experience Psy.

D or Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology or counseling At least of 1 year of experience in psychotherapy or other clinical services Experience working in residential or inpatient settings CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
