Rewarding Work - Make a real difference by supporting children in reaching their goals and building skills that last a lifetime. $300 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA/BCaBA Collect and record data on client progress during sessions Use ABA strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and behavior reduction protocols Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision Duties - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Deliver high-quality ABA therapy across settings (in-home, in-school, in-clinic) Implement treatment plans as designed by supervising BCBAs Document accurate and timely progress notes for each session Partner with families and team members to promote skill generalization and client success Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment during therapy sessions Skills and Qualifications Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma or equivalent (required); some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (a plus, but not required) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor throughout the workday while actively engaging with clients Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, including therapy materials or assisting clients as needed Ability to move quickly and respond promptly to support client safety Ability to remain physically active, patient, and composed throughout therapy sessions, including during challenging behaviors Comfort implementing behavior intervention and safety plans under the direction of a BCBA/BCaBA Benefits Competitive pay with growth opportunities Paid training & professional development PTO (for full-time staff) Health and wellness support Fertility benefits Paid admin time for client cancellations Fun, collaborative clinic environment with regular team-building activities How to Apply If you're passionate about helping children, eager to learn, and ready to join a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
