Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to join our School Based Mental Health team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, adaptable clinician who enjoys working with children and adolescents in a school setting. They are collaborative, organized, and comfortable balancing clinical work with the pace and structure of a school environment. This individual is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and committed to supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and academic success while partnering effectively with families and school staff. - Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals with diverse needs within school settings
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Maintain a caseload conducting an average of 22 sessions/week
