Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy in person and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with a supportive clinical team, use our modern tools and EMR, and practice within a client-centered, inclusive culture. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMRCollaborate with multidisciplinary providers and clinical leadership on client care Coordinate care and communicate with referring providers and insurers as appropriate Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, and manage risk/crisis situations Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards and Thriveworks policies Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development activities Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver secure, high-quality remote care as needed Required Skills Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5/ICD-10) Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT) Treatment planning and goal setting Clinical documentation and EMR proficiency Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery Cultural competence and trauma-informed care Insurance-based, outpatient clinical workflow Professional communication and collaboration Boundary management and ethical decision-making
