Community Care Premium Option:
Earn an increased incentive rate on your caseload if you elect to provide any in-home or community-based sessions for elderly clients or individuals with physical mobility challenges who face barriers to traditional office or telehealth care.
What You'll Do:
Provide psychotherapy and skill-building strategies to adults and children. Conduct face-to-face and telehealth sessions based on client preferences. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term recovery. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and CARF standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
What We Look For Licensure:
Active NC associate license ( LCMHCA, LCSWA, or LCASA ). Open to recent grads!
Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field.
Mindset:
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and passionate about client stabilization.
Skills:
Strong time management, detail-oriented, and excellent rapport-building skills.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
