As a Licensed Clinical Therapist in our TASK Program , you'll provide specialized therapeutic services to children and adolescents who have engaged in problematic sexual behaviors while supporting families through meaningful change. Complete Comprehensive Evaluations of Sexual Harm (CESH) and develop treatment recommendations. Conduct clinical assessments and mental status evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client strengths and needs. Support youth and families in creating safe and sustainable behavior changes. Lead and Collaborate Serve as the clinical lead on multidisciplinary treatment teams. Co-facilitate Child and Family Team meetings. Advocate for youth and families with schools, courts, and community partners. Recommend appropriate levels of care and treatment interventions. Support Quality Care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in peer consultation, quality assurance, and professional development activities. Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human services field. North Carolina licensure or provisional licensure in one of the following:

LCSW-A/LCSW LMFT-A/LMFT LCMHC-A/LCMHC

(formerly LPC) Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills. Ability to work effectively with youth, families, and community partners. Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to successfully pass background, driving record, and pre-employment screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adolescents exhibiting problematic sexual behaviors. Experience serving youth involved with juvenile justice or child welfare systems. Knowledge of family systems, family therapy, and behavioral interventions. Experience facilitating groups and providing clinical consultation. Credentialing with Medicaid and managed care organizations.
