Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about integrating clinical expertise with Christian values. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a Christian counseling approach. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation. Maintain an active caseload (25-28 clients per week, or adjusted for part-time). Collaborate with other team members and participate in case consultations as needed. Provide care that upholds ethical, professional, and faith-based standards. Engage in continuing education to stay current on best practices and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current and active license in the state of North Carolina (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent). Commitment to practicing from a Christian worldview while honoring client diversity. - Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a faith-based counseling setting. - Training in trauma-informed care, marriage counseling, or family systems therapy. - Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
