Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotional and psychological wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices. Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Valid licensure as a mental health therapist. Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication skills and empathy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to have Experience in specific therapeutic approaches, such as CBT or DBT. Familiarity with telehealth practices. Background in working with diverse populations.
