Assist patients in achieving their mental health goals by connecting them with necessary resources. Conduct assessments, diagnose using DSM-V, and coordinate care with other providers. Adapt treatment plans as needed for optimal patient outcomes. Must hold licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota or be eligible to obtain it.
