Job Description

Leading Light Counseling is a growing private practice in Papillion, NE and Bellevue, NE. We are seeking like-minded mental health professionals to join our team. Our clinical mission is to provide the highest quality counseling to our community. Leading Light is offering the best parts of private practice (autonomy and financial potential). You will have flexibility in your scheduling and control of your work/life balance.
  • This is an independent contractor position.
  • Pay will be based on the number of direct billable hours.
  • You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create and execute individual treatment plans through therapy sessions, and maintain records as appropriate.
  • You will work collaboratively with other clinicians as needed.
We will handle all of the administrative work including handling billing complications, scheduling as needed, and marketing to ensure you keep a steady caseload.
