Mental Health Therapist Position Highlights:

Independent Contractor (1099) position Flexible schedule with autonomy over your caseload and availability Compensation based on direct billable client hours Administrative support provided, allowing you to focus on client care

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards Collaborate with fellow clinicians and other professionals as needed to support client care
