Provide 1:1 individualized intensive early intervention behavior therapy services to children with autism in their home, school and community environments. Sessions are typically 2-4 hours in length. Assist Senior Behavior Therapists as requested in conducting assessments and training of staff, parents, and community members utilizing methods that have been demonstrated through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to be effective in developing typical home and community language, social, and self-control skills. Provide services that place the highest priority on an ethical regard for the best interests of the children served. Travel between 1:1 sessions in the Lincoln area

Benefits:

Starting pay $21/hour or $22/hour for candidates with a bachelor's degree Time and a half pay for working outside typical work hours (after 5pm and on weekends). We also require availability during typical work hours for observation and training. We do not exclusively have positions available for evenings and weekends. Assistance obtaining Registered Behavior Technician credential Supervision for RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA supervised fieldwork Holiday and PTO accrual for part-time team members Mileage reimbursement The Lovaas Institute also offers frequent opportunities for advancement within the company and professional growth including supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, on the job training, and compensation and training for continuing education.
