Job Description
Job Overview Ogallala Counseling, P.C. is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LIMHP, LCSW; dual licensure as an LDAC is welcomed) to join our growing outpatient practice. You'll provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families while treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Our experienced administrative team manages scheduling, billing, insurance claims, credentialing, and client communications, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional client care. If you value collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Complete clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Maintain documentation that supports insurance billing requirements. Collaborate with healthcare providers, referral sources, schools, and community agencies when appropriate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and applicable regulations. Participate in staff meetings, required trainings, and the rotating on-call schedule. Maintain active licensure and represent Ogallala Counseling professionally. Requirements Active Nebraska
