The ideal candidate is driven, professional, dedicated to patient outcomes and learning. In this role, you'll provide evidence based therapy services to all ages and work with our dynamic mental health team of psychologists, nurse practitioners and therapists. Responsibilities Attend weekly individual supervision and group supervision Attend weekly team consultation meeting Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care Provide direct service delivery Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies Function professionally and in a manner that protects the integrity, confidentiality and rights of all clients This full time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, short term disability, 24 hours annually of paid training time, continuing education opportunities, supervision and more!
