This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges in a collaborative, recovery-oriented setting. The Outpatient Clinician will provide individual support to clients, help facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, and contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive treatment environment during evening hours.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting individual client sessions and providing clinical support as needed Facilitating and co-facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in PHP, IOP, and outpatient programming Supporting client engagement, emotional regulation, and treatment goals throughout programming Participating in virtual treatment team meetings and collaborating with clinical staff Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation Assisting in treatment planning and ongoing client care coordination Helping maintain a positive, professional, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field (or currently working toward licensure with appropriate experience) Licensure or licensure-track preferred (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC, LMHC, etc.) Experience working with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred Experience facilitating groups strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills Familiarity with

Schedule:

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
