Links ABA Therapy is seeking a BT/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism in Bound Brook, NJ. In this role, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, follow behavior intervention strategies, and collect detailed data to track progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, child-centered environment. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in center, home, or school settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs Collect accurate behavior and skill acquisition data each session Follow behavior intervention and safety protocols consistently Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and therapy team on client progress Communicate professionally with families and caregivers as directed Maintain timely, clear session notes and documentation Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Support a child-centered, respectful, and ethical therapy environment Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and organizational policies Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and documentation Implementation of behavior support plans Child behavior management Session note writing (EMR or similar) Collaborating with BCBAs and clinical team Parent and caregiver communication Basic safety and crisis prevention HIPAA and confidentiality compliance
