Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist, LCSW, LSW, LPC and LAC to join our mental health and behavioral services team. The Therapist will provide comprehensive counseling and therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, including children and families with disabilities or behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, behavioral therapy, and trauma focused CBT, to support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through personalized care and evidence-based practices. This position is working with children in the community and in their homes. This is a part time position after school hours. You can work as many or as little hours as you wish. You are paid weekly and can gain hours towards your independent licensure. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake interviews to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual and family counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches. Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to support clients experiencing mental health crises or behavioral challenges. Collect and document progress notes, and treatment data in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with case management teams to coordinate care plans, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of services across community and healthcare settings. Work with clients with developmental disabilities such autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, ADHD, adjustment issues, gender issues, or other specialized needs using appropriate therapeutic techniques. Maintain a safe, supportive environment conducive to healing while adhering to confidentiality standards in the community and home. Skills Proven experience in home & community care settings or behavioral health environments. Strong skills in data collection, clinical documentation, and patient assessment. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Experience working with children, adolescents and families. Ability to manage complex cases involving trauma (PTSD), gender issues counseling, special education needs, or working with people with developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills for counseling sessions and conflict management scenarios. Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to patient care and mental health advocacy. Pay:

$68.00 - $88.00 per hour
