401(k) Opportunity for advancement Training & development Health insurance Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician Align Behavioral Health | NJ | W2 | Flexible evening and weekend hours No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required. New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you. Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows. What you will do Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed Attend clinical supervision and QA review What you need Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist. Awaiting your license number is fine, apply and tell us where you are in the process. Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Availability for after school and evening hours Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement What we provide Full onboarding, CYBER and documentation training, and shadowing before you carry cases Board approved supervision toward LCSW or LPC at no cost to you $400 annual CEU stipend and 401k Templates, a documentation toolkit, and QA support so you are not guessing
Pay LSW or LAC:
$50 per hour, supervision included.
LCSW:
$65 per hour. Rate is set by license, not years of experience. (Open to negotiate) Before hire Background check with fingerprinting, CARI clearance, degree and license verification, references, and completion of the Align credentialing packet.
