Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA Therapist in Somerset to provide 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. In this field-based role, you will implement treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and accurately collect session data. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary, child-centered team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on high-quality care and family support in home and community settings. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following treatment plans designed by a BCBAImplement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate session data Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based strategies Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and school teams to promote consistent support across settings Maintain timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with clinical and ethical standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to improve clinical skills Ensure client safety and uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation RBT task list competencies Behavior intervention plan implementation Child behavior management Functional communication training Use of data collection software or electronic health records Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Basic CPR and First Aid HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
