Licensed Therapist | Mental Health & Substance Use

Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to provide individual and group therapy to clients in a structured treatment setting. This role is ideal for clinicians with experience in substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care . You will play a key role in treatment planning, client engagement, and clinical documentation , working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support long-term recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR) Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management teams Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Ensure compliance with state, Joint Commission, and company standards Qualifications Active and unrestricted license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (required) Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment (preferred) Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) + holidays 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, mission-driven team culture

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
