Job Description
Links ABA Therapy, a child-centered ABA provider for children with autism, is seeking a BT/ABA Therapist in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions Monday-Friday, 3:30-7:30 PM, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll collect and record data, support behavior reduction and skill acquisition, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and families. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and document progress in a timely manner Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using ABA strategies Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families to review progress Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Communicate session updates and concerns to supervisors and caregivers Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Behavior intervention plan implementation Data collection and progress monitoring Use of reinforcement strategies Functional communication training Crisis prevention and de-escalation Session documentation and reporting Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical team Parent and caregiver training support Basic computer and EMR documentation skills
