The Clinical Therapist III treats patients by utilizing a variety of modalities as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Provides clinical supervision to team members including those working towards advanced licensure. •Hours are: Monday-Friday, some weekends, some holidays, behavioral healthcare experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's degree in Counseling, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years in post advanced license experience. Proficiency with policy review and program planning. Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships. Must possess excellent follow through and attention to detail. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members
Licenses and Certifications Required:
Professional Counselor License or NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapy,Professional Counselor. Approved Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Social Worker Supervision Certification or National Association of Social Workers Supervisor Cert.
Carrier Clinic Specific Certification:
