Director of ABA and Behavioral Therapy Program Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) About the position We are seeking an experienced BCBA to help direct NCBI's in-clinic ABA program in Mt. Arlington and provide ABA and behavioral therapy services to patients at their home and at their schools in NJ, NY, NC, NM, RI and FL. The successful candidate will direct all clinical and administrative services for this program, including hiring and training of the clinical staff, provide direct patient care, and supervise registered behavioral technicians. The ABA and Behavioral Therapy Program is an integral part of NCBI's Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic and Treatment Center and the Mind-Body Neuropsychiatric Center treating patients with Autism, intellectual disorders, ADHD, ODD, OCD and Tourette's syndrome You will be part of a clinical team providing the following clinical services: Develop comprehensive behavioral plans Obtain the necessary health insurance authorizations Implement behavioral plans with patients and their families Adjust and revise treatment plans as needed Hire, train, and supervise as well as contract with behavioral technicians Coordinate services with facilities Receive training and conduct specialized assessment in Autism is also available for those candidates interested in providing these and other Autism relates services Participate as a researcher in one or more of our clinical research trials for those interested in research Qualifications BCBA, licensed in New Jersey BCBA certification A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience as a BCBA. preferable with directorship experience. Preference will be given to BCBA pediatric clinical psychologists. License eligibility in states where NCBI is located Salary and Benefits Competitive base salary with net program profit sharing benefits that includes quarterly cash bonuses and other incentives and benefits as described within for full-time employees (healthcare, retirement plans with company contributions up to 3% of each employee's salary annual and paid leave including holidays) with some benefits also available for part-time employees. Salary is based on education/degree, years of clinical experience and interpersonal skills. For those BCBA who are also a pediatric clinical psychologist, a higher based salary is offered. About the NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI) The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute specializes in diagnosing and treating cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and neurobehavioral disorders across the lifespan. We have 5 clinical programs/centers that are represented in each of our 4 outpatient clinics in New Jersey and we operate in several other states across the US where we have clinics and via our interactive telehealth programs.
Our centers include:
1) The Neurodevelopmental Diagnostics and Treatment Center; 2) The Center for Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury; 3)
The Mind-Body Neuropsychiatric and Mental Health Disorders Center:
4) The Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Neurodegenerative diseases and; 5) The Sleep Study and Treatment Center. NCBI New Jersey clinics are located in Camden, Morris, Somerset, and Essex Counties of New Jersey, RI, NY, NC and we are developing clinics in NM and FL as well as online at neuroci.com via our telehealth program offering diagnostic and treatment services in 13 other states.
