Links ABA Therapy seeks a part-time RBT/ABA in Toms River to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. In our collaborative, child-centered environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, collect session data, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and partner with families to generalize skills across home and community while adhering to evidence-based and ethical practices.
