Job Description

Links ABA Therapy seeks a part-time RBT/ABA in Toms River to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. In our collaborative, child-centered environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, collect session data, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and partner with families to generalize skills across home and community while adhering to evidence-based and ethical practices. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs Collect accurate data during sessions and document progress in a timely manner Collaborate with supervising clinicians and multidisciplinary team members Communicate professionally with families and caregivers to support treatment goals Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Follow clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards and policies Support generalization of skills across home, school, and community environments Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and progress monitoring Implementing behavior support plans Working with children with autism Therapeutic play and engagement Collaborating with BCBAs and clinicians Parent and family communication Crisis prevention and de-escalation Electronic health record/documentation
