Links ABA Therapy seeks a BT/ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in Union City, NJ. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior plans created by a BCBA, use evidence-based techniques such as DTT and positive reinforcement, and collect accurate data each session. You will ensure client safety, maintain confidentiality, complete thorough documentation, and communicate professionally with families and team members.
