• About the

Role:

• As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans, strategies, and protocols to promote skill acquisition and skill development
• Conducting behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to adapt treatment plans based on client progress
• Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of learned skills
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment
