At Pinwheel Healing Center , we provide behavioral health care to people involved in the justice system, including clients referred through federal pretrial services, probation, and other criminal justice partners. We are seeking a therapist who can build strong therapeutic relationships while meeting the clinical and documentation requirements of forensic work.

We offer:

W-2 employment $38-$47 per hour, based on experience and licensure $300 per month health insurance stipend Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling Paid Time Off, dental insurance, and vision insurance Paid approved administrative time in addition to billable hours Ongoing clinical consultation, weekly supervision, and collaborative team meetings Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and insurance verification Professional office space and professional development opportunities The Role You will provide individual and group treatment for justice-involved clients with mental health, substance use, and offense-specific treatment needs. Depending on your training and assigned caseload, you may also complete clinical and forensic assessments. The position includes developing treatment plans, documenting services promptly, communicating with referral sources as appropriate, and participating in clinical consultation. We are looking for a clinician who is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing compassionate care with the accountability required in forensic treatment. Work Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Primarily on-site in Albuquerque Some evening and weekend availability required Schedule determined by client and program needs Compensation and Benefits $38-$47 per hour, based on experience and licensure.
