Job Description
Behavioral Therapist (2 Openings)
Lovington, New Mexico Work-Life Balance:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with the option for a 4-day schedule (Tuesday-Friday). Manageable patient volumes averaging 5-6 patients per day with built-in documentation time as caseloads develop.Desirable Practice Setting:
Join a well-established behavioral health program that has served the community since 2013 and is rapidly expanding following the opening of a new behavioral health facility. Practice in an outpatient rural health clinic on the main hospital campus.Ideal Work Environment:

No call responsibilities. Outpatient weekday schedule only.Culture & Support:

Approximately $37.50-$43.00/hour , with final compensation range pending.Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000 available as either a sign-on bonus or a student loan bridge program.Student Loan Repayment Assistance:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field (implied by required licensure).Certifications:
CBT, EMDR, and psychotherapy training or certifications preferred.Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for New Mexico licensure. Client will consider LMHC, LAMFT, LMSW, LPCC, LMFT, and LCSW candidates.Skillset:
Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services, including CBT, EMDR, psychotherapy, and strong clinical assessment skills. Bilingual candidates preferred.Experience:
Experienced behavioral therapists are strongly preferred; new graduates will be considered but are not the priority.Sponsorship:
